Ready to sign up? Here are some general instructions.
- Confirm availability by contacting EBVP. We'll put you in touch with your van's coordinator.
- Agree on a start date with your van coordinator.
- Pay your partial month's ride, if applicable. The van coordinator will figure this with you.
- Pay your next full month before the 25th of the current month. Your van coordinator will tell you the fee amount. Checks are made to EBVP and delivered to your van coordinator.
- Complete the UTA Participant Agreement Form and submit it to your van coordinator (not to UTA). The form is attached at the bottom of this page.
- (Optional, Novell employees only) Set up paycheck withdrawal. Complete the form on the intranet at https://innerweb.novell.com/vanpool. Watch the deadline info carefully!
